The Heart Behind G.L.O.W.
As part of my "Journey to 40", I made a decision to shift the focus from celebration to impact—choosing purpose over presents.
What started as a personal commitment has become something that I am inviting my community to share in.
G.L.O.W. (God’s Love Over the World) was created to serve as a bridge—reaching individuals who feel disconnected, unsupported, or overlooked, and reminding them that they are not forgotten.
Through intentional outreach, we aim to meet both immediate needs and deeper spiritual needs with consistency, care, and compassion.
We believe no one is too far gone, too lost, or too overlooked to experience God’s love.
The Mission
G.L.O.W. exists to:
-
Demonstrate the love of Christ through action
-
Provide support to individuals facing instability
-
Create opportunities for discipleship and connection
-
Offer consistent outreach—not one-time moments
This is not just about giving.
It is about restoring dignity, building relationships, and creating lasting impact.

G.L.O.W. Give Back
Our first initiative focuses on serving the unhoused and individuals navigating life without access to stable support, resources, or direction.
This outreach is centered on:
-
Providing essential items and care packages
-
Offering encouragement and human connection
-
Creating a pathway to ongoing support
Impact Commitment:
Each month, 10% of all Duncan Develops proceeds are being directly allocated to support ongoing outreach efforts.
We were blessed to be able to serve 75 individuals during our May 2nd outreach event!

This Is Just the Beginning
G.L.O.W. is more than a moment—it is a movement rooted in faith, compassion, and consistency.
As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same:
to meet people where they are and remind them they are seen, valued, and loved.
Let’s be the light. Let’s show His love. Let’s G.L.O.W.
